Airspace Permissions
StirlingX can operate throughout the UK, provided we obtain the necessary airspace permissions for each project as part of our Standard Operating Practices.
Overflight and Ground Permissions
Under our OSC, we can overfly uninvolved people a when above a minimum safe height- defined as the height of the tallest obstacle in the area plus 15 metres (50 feet).
Data Protection Compliance
StirlingX adheres to UK GDPR regulations, ensuring compliance in all our operations. This includes the ‘Right to be forgotten’ following a request. Also compliant in line with UK Regulations for CCTV.
